Developed to meet a growing need

Oak Harbor Home Health has served over 100 families since the registry began in 2017. We believe in caring for each client the way we would our own family members. Our goal is to provide our clients with the individualized home care they need through our carefully screened contractors.
We offer a broad range of services to benefit your unique situation. We can help you or your loved one navigate a recovery from surgery, the need for in-home care, and/or assistance with daily activities. Our registry can provide transportation to medical appointment, monitor vitals on a daily, weekly, or monthly basis, medication management, as well as offering companion care.
