Oak Harbor Home Health Services

Home Health Services

At Oak Harbor Home Health, we believe in treating our clients the way we treat our own family members. Whether you or your loved one are recovering from surgery, looking for help with daily activities, or other services, our team provide high-quality care inspired by a genuine connection with our clients.

Many of our in-home services can be provided by a Home Health Aide (HHA) or Certified Nurse’s Assistant (CNA). We also have Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) available upon request.

Clients may rest easy knowing that our team will work with you to carefully customize a plan of care that meets your individual needs.

Here are some of the services we offer at Oak Harbor Home Health.

After Surgery Care

Home health care allows patients the flexibility and support to recover from surgery in the comfort of their own homes. Recovering at home with home health services means regaining strength and mobility more quickly while receiving the supportive care you need. Our Home Health Aides can assist you with personal care, bathing and getting dressed, getting into and out of bed, medication reminders, and more.

Companion Care/Personal Care

Our Companion Care services include activities such as reading, writing, playing games, crafts, playing cards, and walking. We can also provide help with personal shopping or assistance for attending religious services. Our companions also assist with appointment reminders and can aid in setting up medical appointments.

Medication Management

We assist our clients in offering information, help understanding possible side effects, and supervision for administering medications. Our Registered Nurse will consult with your physician  and compile a list of the medications you or your loved one are taking and the dosage. Our Registered Nurse can fill your pill box upon request.

Respite Care

It’s critically important for full-time caregivers to have support and opportunity to rest while caring for their loved ones. We can provide much-needed respite care to allow you the time you need to rest and take care of your own needs with the confidence that your loved one is in good hands.

Nursing Services

Our qualified staff includes Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) and Registered Nurses (RN) available upon request.
